Bill O'Malley - Managing Broker
Bill O’Malley is a 30+ year seasoned veteran of the marine industry, serving 25 years as a sailmaker and past eight years as a Yacht Broker; 6 as the managing broker, establishing Farr Yacht Sales. Earning a Master's Degree in Education has proven very useful when working with clients to educate them in the boat buying and selling process. As an active boater, sailor and racer of 40 years, Bill has enjoyed everything from sailing dinghies to motor yachts to mega-yachts, and has competed in racing of all levels as well as cruising rallies and offshore deliveries.
Chuck O'Malley - Broker
Chuck is a lifelong cruiser and racer who was fortunate enough to turn his passion into a career. He has 17 years of experience building and repairing sails, but his best skill is listening to clients needs and working with them to create solutions that make their sailing safer and more enjoyable. He has sucessfully collaborated with numerous racing teams and has guided countless numbers of extended cruisers on how to plan and prepare their sail inventories for offshore sailing. Chuck's experiences as a sailmaker has provided him with exposure to hundreds of different yachts and first-hand knowledge when you are searching for the perfect yacht to purchase.

Bill has traveled extensively, competed in numerous inshore and offshore races, championship regattas, and deliveries across the Atlantic, to the Caribbean, in the Chesapeake Bay, Long Island Sound, Newport, RI, East Coast, West Coast, Great Lakes, Europe, Dubai and Australia.

Teagan O'Malley - Broker Assistant
Teagan is our greeter, broker assistant and masscot. She is a very sweet and social Siberian Husky / German Shephard mix that enjoys spending her days at work and going on trips to inspect boats.
Thomas Sitzmann - Broker
A lifelong sailor, Tom has had extensive one-design and PHRF racing success, along with coastal and blue water cruising experience, including cruising and racing along the coast of Maine, and now here in the Chesapeake Bay, on the family J/120. Tom’s offshore experience includes many distance races in New England, a transatlantic passage, and a celestially-guided Marion-Bermuda Race.
Also a lifelong educator, Tom has coached sailing and directed sailing programs from Maine to Annapolis, and was an assistant offshore & dinghy coach at the USNA, head intercollegiate coach at Bowdoin College, and more recently head coach at Severn School, where he guided the team to a National championship, the first and only Chesapeake Bay school ever to win the prestigious Mallory Trophy. Tom now sails a 505, and cruises with his family, both in the Chesapeake Bay and offshore.
